Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using MixRef ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
MixRef is developed and sold by Daniel Dennis ("Developer," "we," "us").
License
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use MixRef on computers owned or controlled by you.
You may:
- Install the plugin on up to 2 personal computers
- Use MixRef for personal and commercial projects
- Use the companion iOS app (free, no additional license required)
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense MixRef
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
- Share your license with others
Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Your license is delivered via email after successful payment. Keep your order confirmation — you may need it for future downloads or support.

Updates
We may release updates to MixRef from time to time. Updates are provided at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates, but we intend to support the Software for the foreseeable future.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MixRef is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Dennis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MixRef, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Intellectual Property
MixRef, including its name, logo, code, and design, is the intellectual property of Daniel Dennis. MixRef is a registered trademark. All rights reserved.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the Developer is located.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
