Refund Policy
Our Policy
We want you to be happy with MixRef. Because MixRef is a downloadable software product, all sales are generally final after the license has been delivered. However, we handle refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The plugin does not function on a supported system configuration as described on our website
- You experienced a technical issue that we were unable to resolve
- You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
Not Eligible for a Refund
- You simply changed your mind after downloading
- Your system does not meet the stated minimum requirements (please check before purchasing)
- More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
- Your request is related to a DAW format not yet supported (e.g., Pro Tools / AAX, which is listed as "coming soon")
How to Request a Refund
Email us at mixrefplugin@gmail.com with:
- Your order number or confirmation email
- A brief description of the issue
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
